Photo credits and data sources

The short answer

Every photo on Christmas in Blue Ridge, with its photographer or source, its license and what we changed, plus the sources of our map and weather data.

Last checked October 17, 2026

We do not have our own photos of the 2026 season yet, so the guide uses openly licensed photos. Each caption says where and when a photo was taken. Some show neighboring towns or other states, and their captions say so, because a photo from somewhere else should never pass for Blue Ridge. Below is every image with its source and license.
